YunXueTang has about 800 employees, including elites from the Internet, enterprise services, talent learning and development and other fields. • Peter Lu

  Peter Lu is the Chairman of the Board and founder of Yunxuetang since 2011. He is a successful entrepreneur with a background in management at Suzhou Materials and Equipments Trading Group from 1995 to 1998. In 1998, Mr. Lu started two software companies. He holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

  Teng Zu is one of the co-founders of Yunxuetang and currently serves as our Chief Executive Officer and Director. Prior to co-founding Yunxuetang, Mr. Zu served as Director of Internet Operations and CEO of Leci at New Oriental Education & Technology Group (NYSE: EDU, HKEx: 9901) from April 2011 to September 2014. He also founded Haoxue Online Education Platform and served as its CEO from September 2014 to January 2017. In addition, Mr. Zu founded Guoshi Technology and served as its CEO from June 2018 to June 2019.

• Yazhou Wu

  Yazhou Wu has served as our chief technology officer since April 2021. Mr. Wu has been leading our technology teams and is playing a vital role in building digital corporate learning solutions. Prior to joining Yunxuetang, Mr. Wu held various R&D and operating management positions at Tencent from November 2002 to July 2008, with expertise in the development of multi-user high concurrency systems. Mr. Wu served as the chief executive officer of Le Cloud Computing Co., Ltd from May 2015 to November 2017. Mr. Wu served as the operating president of HNA Technology Co., Ltd. from November 2017 to June 2019, where he was primarily responsible for its general operating and the strategy and management of Cloud-Smart BU. In June 2019, Mr. Wu founded Wuzhu Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a company focusing on the smart marketing industry, and served as its director from June 2019 to April 2021. Mr. Wu holds dual bachelors’ degree in Precise Instrument and English from Tianjin University.

  Pun Leung Liu has served as our director since June 2021, and has served as our chief financial officer since September 2020. Prior to joining Yunxuetang, Mr. Liu served in various positions at Ernst & Young from 2000 to 2011. Mr. Liu served as chief risk officer of 500.com Limited (NYSE: BTCM) from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Liu served as director, board secretary and chief financial officer of A8 New Media Group Limited (HKEx: 0800) from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Liu served as chief financial officer of DaDa Education Group, an online English education company, from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Liu is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Internal Auditors. Mr. Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong.

• In 2011, YunXueTang founded its first office in Suzhou and established a second office in Nanjing.

• The company launched its Radnova learning platform (le cai) and Radnova micro-lessons producing tool (xuan ke).

  2012
• The year 2013 saw YunXueTang launch its content aggregation platform strategy and establish offices in Beijing and Shanghai.

  2013
• The company completed its Round A financing and designated its Beijing office as the marketing headquarters.

  2014
• YunXueTang continued to expand in 2015, establishing offices in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou.

  2015
• The company launched its "Enterprise Learning Comprehensive Solution Service Strategy" and released its Gold Team small and medium-sized enterprise training platforms and live streaming product (linjing). It also established an office in Qingdao.

  2016
• YunXueTang secured Round B and B+ financing in 2017 and established offices in Hefei and Chengdu.

  2017
• The company completed its Round C financing and launched the new "Radnova" brand. It also established offices in Wuhan and Xiamen.

  2018
• The year 2019 saw YunXueTang upgrade its content strategy and establish offices in Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Xi'an, Shenyang, Nanchang, Jinan, Chongqing, and Zhengzhou.

  2019
• The company completed its Round D financing, strategically holding "CEIBS Online," and establishing an office in Changsha.

  2020
• YunXueTang completed Round E 1 and E 2 financing, becoming the largest unicorn company in the corporate learning field. It also released its Radnova teaching tool suite and established an office in Ningbo.

  2021
• The company launched a brand new version of Radnova, obtained Reliable Cloud Certification, and officially established the YunXueTang Industry Center.

  2022
• Selected as one of the first batch of service resource pool units for "Digitalization and Greenization Co-development" in Jiangsu Province.
